Ahoy ahoy!

HUAWEI

We didn’t advertise features.
We visualized sensation.

In 2015 and 2016, I worked with Ogilvy & Mather Shanghai to craft a series of cinematic spots for Huawei – where the tech disappeared and the emotion did the talking. Minimal. Sensory. Human.

We crafted short emotion-first stories – films that didn’t explain features- they evoked sensations.

Sight and touch became emotional languages, visualized with cinematic elegance. They were not science fiction -but sensory truth, dramatized through visual metaphors.

Not tech explained. Tech felt.

We were saying Huawei doesn’t just make smart devices – it redefines how you connect with the world around you. Viscerally. Intuitively. Almost spiritually. In doing that, we elevated the brand – not by showing the product, but by showing the feeling.

This wasn’t lifestyle advertising. This was brand storytelling elevated to art – reminding people that the most powerful devices are the ones that make us feel more human.
